Well, I have a boost leak so I am only getting up to 14.5 psi and running 10:1 A/F, so of course these numbers will improve. The drive tires I have (for reference) are 245/45-16's. I made 245 lb/ft and 232 HP. The funny part is, I made identical numbers as my friend that has a SR with exhaust and Mine's ECU, but my power came in 1100 RPM later and stayed 1000 RPM longer.

My power mods are: GT28R, 440cc, 50 psi fuel pressure, Nismo FPR, Walbro 255, turbo back 3" w/o cat, ARC SMIC

Not great numbers, but not bad for as poorly as the car is running with that huge boost leak. I will keep you updated once I get better numbers.

yeah you should be able to hold down an easy 300+hp with that turbo.Theres actually a kid down the street from me whos running a gt28r and 440cc injectors and slapping 350 at the crank.

Yeah man, those numbers are great even with your current situation. What's really impressive to me though, is you torque.

Can someone say AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

At an A/F ratio of 10:1, I'd say it's say it's pretty rich and there's more power to be added if he cleans it up to say aroun 12.5:1. BTW Spectre23, how can you say those are not great #s? It's great in my book and I know for a definite fact you'll get better. My very 1st time with any of my cars on the dyno netted me 282.6whp and 240.2 lb/ft of torque using a T3/T04B stage 1 blower with a .63 rear housing @ 15psi of boost. With a little more tuning, later on after 6 more pulls I would net 312.5whp and 263.9 lb/ft of tq. @ 18 psi on the same turbo. So tuning is the key here and keep up the great work. It's guys like you that inspire others to wanna get better at the craft we all love.

Well, with the mods I have it wouldn't even start until I made my own chip. I put a ZIF socket in my ECU and have been playing with my own tuning. BTW, I think my biggest hurdle in tuning was the Q45 MAF. It obviously needs fine tuning, but I need to solve my vacuum leak problem before I can worry about that since vacuum leak = big boost leak, and big boost leak = big time rich.

Also worth noting, is this was on a mustang dyno at 4300 ft altitude. And numbers were not adjusted for altitude.

so thats 245ish HP on a dynojet dyno. and 250-ish at sea level.

IMO thats pretty good for a 1.8 liter motor at the wheels. And yeah if you lean it out you'll probably bump your power up quite a bit. What does a stock ca dyno?

~150 whp... on a GOOD condition motor. Most will probably hit somewhere in the mid 140s though.

Great torque, and nice setup. The CA rules. Imagine if as many people that have sr's had ca's, I wonder which motor people would think is better? Hehe, no brainer

So I found my boost leak. It seems the mounting holes for the ARC SMIC go all the way to the core. So the 2 I wasn't using needed plugged. Once I plugged them, the power difference at the same boost level was much improved. And of course 19.5 psi feels even better. Getting a tiny bit of detonation at the top end now at anything over 17.5 psi. So I will burn myself another chip this week some time. No clue when I will be running on the dyno again though.
