I personally fear for the car if you just got it and it's your first car because A. - You have the uber cool term "drifter" in your name andB. - You're asking about modding it. :(

Please, it's a great car, so take care of it. Don't start street racing and "drifting." Take his advice, and learn as much as you can on this site, it's an awesome place.

Good luck...

wow... I wish I had a first car like an s14. I had to wait couple years and save up. On the other hand, I'm glad I didn't because I did rag pretty hard on my first car like most teenagers do. Also, If you didn't know a lot of first time drivers get into accidents/wrecks within their first year, so watch out. And good luck with the 240.

park it in a garage and drive a mini van 4 years:D

you damn kids with your cool first cars!

yeah, definitely learn to drive it before you mod it.

remember, the best mod you can ever do is the driver.

Man, where are the deals like that. two years ago I payed three times that with twice the milage. Take care of her, wash and wax, etc. You should start your "modding" my taking care of basic maintenance things. Replace spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, seafoam it, etc... Most of all, don't be stupid. Learn how to drive it, not crash it.

SeVa, i was thinking the exact same thing. we're probably going to see another thread soon "drifted into a tree, parting out 95 red 240" seriously, learn to drive it, clean it up, do some regular stuff, and enjoy what many people want but never get. if you must do mods so you can take down the neighbor hood hondas, get some new tires, maybe an intake or suspension stuff.

not to say tachyon is wrong cuz hes right.. but for me... i spent my first 2 years learning how to drive w/o a single ticket or accident.. and the following 3 months getting into 5 accidents doing stupid stuff...It doesnt matter whethr its the first year of driving or ur tenth year. Once you start fooling around trying to impress girls, accidents will happen. =)

watch out for your first rainy day, I went to a closed down shop and used the parking lot the first day in the rain to make sure i knew what it would feel like if traction was lost in the rain and how to regain it. I beat the livin .... out of my first car but its alright it was a honda Carburated accord Woot!

good luck and be safe.

learn on the track. allot less repairs will have to be made. :P

i learned the other way around because i am stupid. there, i said it.

but i can honestly say that i've never had a crash that was bad enough where i'd have to junk the whole car. my crash's were just a bent rim and some other bent stuff that was easily replaced.

dont push your limits too hard. you'll find out quickly that it'll cost you allot of money to repair your car :)
