welp, that was a lot of fun.

It was kind of a last minute thing to that I decided to go.

It was an an oval track with the inroads

I couldnt get ANY traction, it was SO wet and i have the ****iest tires on the rear

So basically it was a drift event for me, the banked turn was the slickest piece of pavement I had ever been at with at least 1/2 of the cars spinning out here, (I didnt) but my times werent all that great either. However my fastest time was only .2 seconds slower than another SR'ed 240sx (I think he had even more "trouble" putting the power down )

Wish I had a better photographer with me

So this is my first time drifting to... I was pleased with myself that I could drift that entire slopped corner without spinning out. Since I couldnt get any Decent times, I might as well have fun!

Excellent job; you should be proud of yourself. I too hope you get a more active photographer so we can see more of the action.

Nah, They new it was really slick in that corner, It was near impossible to carry any sort of speed through it, Their were more drifting that corner than trying to grip, and the evo's were really goin wild on it, lots of cheers for those guys.

They just told us in the drivers meeting that they new it would be slick and that all they ask is if you start to loose it, dont try and save it, just STOP.

Man..an actual track. I wish we had something like that in this region. Tarmac and parking lots of coliseums is the norm here. It's fun but to get on an actual track would be nice!!! What region is that?

Really? You'd prefer a small Oval track like that? Its only like a 1/4 mile oval...

The track was kind of confusing, took 3 right turns then 3 left turns, see if you could figure it out from this MSpaint

dang, that drawing is a little confusing. did you start at the arrow? then you want to 1, rook a right, 2 took a right, 3 right, 4... right 5 right 6 left? or 4 left 5 left 6 left? a little confusing, but it looks like you had hella fun! i wish we had more local drift days, so we could have a chance for it to rain. that would save big on tires!

1-3 right4-6 left

yeah started at the arrow.Basically we went down the long strait away 3 times, first time went "straight" (which took you to the outer banked right hander) 2nd time turned right at the midfield (which took you to the same banked corner only going the opposite way)3rd time turned a sharp left for the finish line

maybe seeing the other half of the track would help:

we would run down that infield straitaway 3 times, the first time strait through.

then at the second time we would take a right, 3rd time takeing a left like here
