Yes, it came in prepainted. I am set on smoothening out the bracket and having other modifications like I have in my avatar.I will stall on the installation as may be getting another car. We will see.

front is in. no fogs. Had to take out the front impact bar to make it fit. Also had to snap the tabs around the grill to make it fit. Otherwise all else was a breeze. The bumped fit snug using stock holes and nuts

I also took this opportunity to get rid of my splash guard. Damn thing keeps ripping because of how low am running the front.

The back will be on in a few.

Are you going to mod the bumper to accept the US headlights, or convert to J-spec headlights? This is also true for the grill, if you're using the Autech grill with the kit.

I will mod the grill or the bumper to fit the US headlights. I don't like those J-spec headlights at all. Too plain.I wont be getting the autech grill, for the grill only fits the J-spec headlights.

Got some wheels 5Zigen Gravis-I (2) 19x9.5 ( +25mm offset front) & (2) 20x9.5 ( +20mm offset rear) in polished finish. Will test fit and see if i like them. Test fit pics tommorow 9/14

9/14 Finally Fitted my wheels. Overall am excited about it, thought i can bet you this will not be my final set of wheels.Ordens FTW!!

The front fits nicely.235/35/19 on a 9.5J offset 25.The wheels barely cleared the strut by 3 mm or so.I guess its safe to say that 9.5j/25offset fit a Y34. Eeh pokey!

The rear fit.245/35/20 on a 9.5J offset 20The wheels rub on the outer fender. I need to have my fenders rolled to clear nicely.I should have gone with 235/35/20 but I had a set of 245s in my storage. So these will do for now.I had to drive mad slow from the wheel shop to avoid chopping up my wheels

Cakedaddy: this is what is called flush. ROFLMoney Shot #1From front

Money Shot #2From the Rear

This is the Side Shot.Overall it came out nice, Yes, Rear need to be slammed a little, Will be Cutting a coil when I roll my fenders.Apologies for the dirty car. Will try and get some cleaner shots later after I give the car a wash

Stance

This is Ideally what am going for:Coilovers Preferred

Flush?? There is that word again. Be careful, the rims seems to be exposed, but that may be due to the tire width being to small or the rim being too wide. 5 Zigen.... Those are tuner wheels, correct? I thought you'd go for more of a "VIP" style wheel to compliment the VIP body work instead of the honda tuner style. Please do not cut your coil! You will regret that!!! You'll ruin your launch from stop signs and red lights. The car will also squat in the rear once you attempt to punch it, plus it will bounce at high speeds when you hit the slightest dip. Remember, we do have RWD cars with 330+ lbs torque that weights nearly 4000lbs I've seen springs cut on FWD acura's/honda's with decent results, but the keyword is DECENT. Props to you on getting the kit put on.

Cake, the flush comment was just for laughs.

These are temp wheels till I get the most important parts of the project done. The wheels will be the last thing I will do.

To run such aggressive tires, you need to run stretched tires. If thats not anyone's cup of cake, I understand. To each his own. At the end of the day, self gratification is what we are after.

On cutting coil, I decided against it. I will have a better setup. Front Jic Coilovers, Rear air Bags. I am going for functionality on the rear air suspension. Not necessarily to slam the rear but to raise the rear if I am carrying people in the back.
