First Accident?

Am I the first to get into an accident in a G37?

Some moron chick decided to not pay attention in the 3 mile long traffic jam and rear ended me.

Luckily it was a 2mph crash and the damage is minimal (still gonna replace the bumper cover).

I still have the 15 day temp tag on the car. wtf, how dumb can people be? And she wasn't even hot...

Apparently it the cover is about $360. So total cost will be $760 to paint it and install it. Pricey...

The good news is that she gets the repair bill and, if she makes an insurance claim, she will be paying for years.

I had a 2003 G35 and I got rear ended 2 times in that car. People here can't drive. If I was slamming on the brakes, I'd understand. These are just rediculous moronic accidents. One was some kid in an S10 doing like 45, totalled his car, couple grand to mine, new bumper cover, muffler, trunk lid, some other things... oh and my CDs got jammed.

After the first 2 in my 35, I just couldn't bring myself to get that pissed this time. It's like I'm numb to it now.

I took some pictures, but they suck. I'll try to get some cleaner ones tomorrow so you can all feel my pain... you're now my support group.

Dude that sucks.. I know how you feel. 2 weeks after I bought my 2006 G coupe, some old red neck reversed into my G at a 7/11 parking lot. That biotch also left the scene as I saw hiim smashed out the parking lot. All I could get was the 1st 4 plate number. 5EUS***...

It was a 4mph hit, but left a deep scratch and some cracks on the paint. I was quoted 350 to get it sanded and re-clear coated. maybe even a new base paint..

Good luck with everything.. And who cares if the Chick is hot or not.. If a botch smashes into my new ride, I could care less if she was hot.. Biotch better get me a new bumper.

I got clipped within 24 hrs of getting the car in a parking lot, it was last Thursday 8/30. It was a hit and run so I have no idea who did it! Huge dent in the door, initial estimate was $1000.

Omg I'm really sorry to hear that. I know that if it happened to me, I would be extremely pissed. I'm uncomfortable leaving my car in any parking space except for my driveway due to what other people can do.

It's getting taken care of. $767 for new bumper cover and such. the chick's insurance company pays the deductible.

So I'll have my car back to normal in no time. :-)
