Its a 6 speed enthusiast. I love it. Everything is so tight and new and nice. It just coasts down the interstate at 100. And the stock vq has quite a bit for a stock car. It only has 46k miles on it so its the newest car ive ever had.

Nice Z. I drove my buddies Z and it was a nice feeling to drive something newer. I wouldn't mind one for a daily, but when it comes to having fun, I'd still prefer the raw feeling of a lightweight 300 hp 240.

....and a 400 whp 350Z would still be slower than a 400 whp 240. I like 350Z's also and wouldn't mind having one, but if I were to spend around $15k-$20k, I'd get a used C5 instead. Which is what I plan to do. Although kids have ruined the image of 240's these past few years. 240's still holds more of a sentimental value to me and the Corvette offers more for the money than a 350Z. I'm sure a lot of 350Z owners would disagree. 350Z's are great cars, but it won't be long until kids starts ruining the image of 350Z's also.

yeah loved my sr when it ran. But its nice having something waiting for me when i get off of work at 5 in the morning that i know is going to start. Im guna try to get it paid off in a year then ill see what 500 horsepower in a z feels like. Theres only about a 500 lb difference in there weight. Thats a couple of fat guys.

I hope this isnt aimed at me. Yeah im only 21 but I work 60-80 hours a week and pay all my rent and bills on time. My parents never bought me a car. Now that i have a nice one im going to take care of it because i know if i do it will last and if it breaks i will buy the parts and use my tools and my garage to fix it. Oh and for the guy that says hed take a vette over a z has never owned one. Theres just something about them once youve had 1 you will always want another. I could take 3 or 4k dollars and buy an s10 with a small block in it and beat any vette around but i wouldnt want to. Id rather buy a z and mod it because they look better than vettes. I cant afford a r34 or r35 or id have 1 instead.

Nope, its not.

The Z33 has become very affordable and a lot of buyers that were previously unable to get one when they were in production are now able to buy one with recent price drops. Quality modifications however, are significantly more expensive than something similar for an S13/14 and in some cases a Z31/32. Additionally, what a lot of buyers don't budget for is maintenance & upkeep and many soon find themselves with a car that they could afford to buy, but not to drive.

Im going to pay my loan off in a year then mod after that. I make pretty good money to only be 21 so i can afford it. It took me awhile to decide if i wanted a payment or not but i wanted one pretty bad. Once i pay it off Ill start modding it.

Nice car. I am sort of coming from the same line as you. I drive a 240sx coupe, but make really good money and have been considering an '10 370z for the past few weeks. I could handle the payments and would also really like to build my credit while I am still young (also 21).Did you buy the car outright or are you making payments through a dealer (I assume you went certified used)?

yeah i bought it through a nissan dealership in oklahoma city. I got a loan from my bank for it. I wouldnt buy a brand new car because as soon as you drive it off the lot it loses a lot of value. 370s are pretty bad a** tho.

What type of things do you go through to get a loan? I'd probably be looking at a $30,000.00 loan and would like to get a relative to co-sign.Pertaining to the loss in value, f*** if I care. I live once.
