Ok so i just bought a 94 300zx auto with a JDM TT swap in it... Do I need to replace the cluster or can I keep the NA one? Any good starter mods ?

Keep the cluster, I recommend a boost controller to start with. A good set of large intercoolers couldn't hurt either, I recommend greddy or HKS. From there it depends completely on your goals, track or DD, HP or drivability.

I use a Greddy Profec B spec 2 controller, will easily work up to 450. I know nothing about front mounts... maybe someone else will chime in. ECU stuff can get expensive, and my knowledge is somewhat limited there as well. If you have the money I reccomend a final setup with 720 nismo injectors and a pair of JWT 530 bb turbos, which in and of itself should cover you up to 500+ with minimal lag. You will need an EPROM upgrade to run that setup which is again beyond my understanding.

Also, The controller will act as a boost gauge if you don't mind reading in kpa.

quick FYI idk im pretty sure Nismo doesnt make 720cc injectors for a Z32 BUT they do make 740's easily found on any Z32 specialty catalog

For the ECU i went with a Z1 ECU and all you have to do it order it and then plug it in, then send back your stock ECU thats it

but before you go making a parts dream list i would go ahead and make sure your Z is as close to 100% mechanically sound as possible
