sup guys, ive been on these forums reading what people have to say about 240's and have been around them for a while my older brother owned a s13 coupe with an sr20 and i was hooked. i helped him with a few things getting it to run and i wanted one...

well i finally got one about 2 weeks ago and decided to sign upits a 1992 auto 240sx Hatch bone stock. motor has 190k miles but runs like a champ ^_^

here are some pics of it

this car was at a dealership in orlando for 1,700 while they were transporting it to the dealership the hood opened and smashes the sunroof, buckled the roof, cracked the windshield and destroyed the hood.

i take collision/refinishing classes at ATC in Daytona and bought it as a project. the car runs good needs a tune up and new brakes that im getting installed tomorrow.

sofar ive goten a new hood, i will keep posting pics with updated work

just wanted to welcome myself and say hello to everyone on here

yeah it sucks but its nothing that isnt repairable. my only concern is having the roof buckle again.a couple of my friends said bondo will repair it but if it buckles again its going to be worse.

the car has 190k original miles.i will take a pic of the engine bay soon and post it up

heres pics of my brothers old 240

Nice car. I got my first 240sx S14 last year, a few months after my 15th B.D. I've wanted a 240 ever since I was 13. I only paid $1800 for it. It's an auto too. I plan on pulling the motor and trans in a few weeks to do a motor rebuild and auto to manual swap. It has a dent in the driver's rear QP and a gay 52" black alluminum racing spoiler How do you fix the holes in your trunk when you took off your spoiler

you take the spoiler off, use a coupon and a magnet to hold it in place, and start welding..

yeah dude that would be cool, once i get mine running how i want it i will be heading to the weekly meets here in Daytona.

maybe we can go together, last week i saw 2 black Boosted 240's there so the 240 scene around these parts is getting bigger ^_^

And thanks. there really isn't much to it, that's just one year of taking classes for auto refinishing and mostly getting better at it.

i got a question..so since the semester is almost over in my school there throwing cars back to the junkyard and there happen to be a 300zx. i look inside and the seats are in MINT condition. i end up taking that and the MAFS with me.

i didnt want to go threw the trouble of taking my seats out trying to put those in and have it not work. just curious if anyone knows if they would fit. or would the seat itself fit on the 240 brackets. here are some pics for people to check them out.
