First 240sx, alternator problem, please help!

So I just bought my first "complete" 240. 89 hatch 5 speed sohc for 400 bucks. Minus exhaust from manifold back. Also the alternator was removed but came with the car, and no bolts. Looked everywhere for em. I've searched the internet and called 3 different part stores, and cannot get the exact measurements on em. It's just the 2 bolts, and the only thing i found was they are 14mm. Anyone have the exact measurements on em? I could fit some other bolts in but it would take a drill, and i don't wanna do that. Help! Please!

remember..anything worth doing rite takes time...btw..you can cross some things in the yard..like maxima ka24de stuff sometimes..try grabin a maxima's bolts..they should work fine if ya cant fine another 240.

Alright so the alternator is no longer a problem. My new problem is when i fire it up, it won't stay running unless i give it gas. But when i give it gas, it revs up to about 2 grand and dies. Anyone?

I second a vaccuum leak, a small tear in one line did that to me...so simple but I was still mad!

deffinatyl look at the vaccum lines. looked at mine and they were all dry rotted
