Get better Intercooler Hoses. Samco makes great hoses. Image

Replace your clamps with these http://www.turbohoses.com/Clamp.htm

Make sure there's no oil or anything slippery on your intercooler pipes. And make sure the ends of the pipes are dimpled, if they're not, they're more prone to slipping hoses off under hard boost. Get a better intercooler pipe kit (you can search for that.)

IAC valve? You might want to use Intake cleaner instead, as carb cleaner is a harsher chemical and could mess with your MAF sensor (Carb cleaner also melts plastic...anything involving something plastic or electrical like a chip/motherboard, you don't want to use carb cleaner around.)

and use this thread, but instead use Intake cleaner as I stated.

A far as the intercooler pipe popping out, it used to happen to me all the time. Weld a lip on the end of the piping and problem solved.
