firing only 3 cylinders

help me please guys i have a built ka24de and im only runin on 3 cylinders any ideas? its running way rich

If it were injecting gas into all 4 cylinders and only burning 75% of it, that's alot of unburned gas going past the o2 sensor. I know that much.
