Anyone install the Destination LE's on their Murano?... or anything else for that matter.

I'm looking at these because they are affordable and the Eagle LS's on it now don't seem to rate high on snow traction at all.

Any opinions on the Firestones?

First strike? The pitch wasn't even near the plate! Sheesh.

3 of the old tires I wouldn't do anything with except junk them... 20-30% tread and sidewall cracks in 2 of them and the sidewall actually blew out on the third. The forth is new from the dealer - Goodyear Eagle. LS, I think.

Why? You stopping by to pick it up?

I have the Firestones on my wife's 05 AWD. Great dry and wet. Louder than I would like though. Next time I think I'll look at the BFG Longtrails.

I was afraid the Firestones would be noisy. I was also afraid, with the heavy lug design on the edge of the tread that it would look too much like a truck tire.

I went with the Yokohamas because they had high ratings in all areas. It wasn’t until after I ordered them that I found out it was rated number one in the “sport, all season” category. Now that they’re installed I’m glad I went with them. They are quiet with sure footed cornering and, so far, excellent wet weather traction… and they were the same price as the Firestones. Hopefully we won’t get a chance to judge snow traction until after the New Year, but I doubt it.

I thought about the Yokohamas too. I've had them on my car for a while and I'm not happy about the tread wear. The Firestones are pretty meaty, so I should have known that they would have been louder than most of the others. They really do look like a light truck tire.
