I have a '93 240sx with just over 140K on the dash and whenever i stop, i noticed smoke coming from around the right side of the engine. Which is right near the cap and rotor as well. I havent run it much after i noticed the smoke, just to try and find where its coming from. I doubt the cap and rotor, but if its the manifold, what would be burning if not oil( no fuel smell or transmission leak) any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ps ka24de motor

checking out spark plug and wires since the car was bought used it had a sort of cap over it when i went to pull one of the wires out, part of the wire came off and got stuck in the cap.

pop the hood and watch it smoke. it could be oil from the valve cover dripping on the exhaust manifold or just an exhaust leak. could be coolant as well. does it smell sweet?

before you replied i decided to check around and looking at my reservoir, it fluid definitely needs to be changed. when i get the wires and cap and rotor fixed i will definitely flush it. by the way would you happen to know if the spark plug wires for a '94 sentra ga16de would match up to the 240sx?
