Fire Aboard Russian Carrier

I know months ago we talked about the fire aboard the GW last year. Apparently Wednesday, the Admiral Kuznetsov carrier caught fire while in port in Turkey. The Russians have reported that 1 sailor died from smoke inhalation. As someone said, the first time you have a problem (with breathing equipment) it is a problem, the second time it is a pattern. The guy obviously talking about the sailors dying aboard an Akula class Sub last year, where their breathing equipment failed.
