The RB25 is in the car, wiring is done as far as I know, and the intake is bolted on and some lines hooked up

Now I have some questions about buttoning things up

- the radiator I have has the tanks on either side with inlet/outlets instead on being on the same side for the RB. Where can I find/make some hoses that will work with that?- With the Greddy intake where is the best point to put the bov? I'll have to get a picture of the bov to ask how to get it attached.

Thats all for now, I'll have to get home and take some photos for the rest of the questions. Thanks

The radiator hose you can get by buying a 90 degree hose and run a tube. Get another 90 degree hose and connect it to the coolant port.

The bov doesn't matter where its at. I have mine on the hot side 8" away from the turbo and it works fine. What BOV do you have?

what do you mean by tube to attach to the 90s? What is it made out of? This is what I found.... http://www.sporthoses.com/parts/straight_superflex/

The BOV *I think* is a HKS SSQV BOV

Also, is there a diagram somewhere for the Greddy intake vac line install? I don't have any photos yet, but those 4 nipples on the rear part of the intake; what do those hook to? Does the FPR vac line go to one?

I don't know how everyone else hooked theres up but this is how I did it...

top is for the break booster, 1 used one for my boost gauge, 1 of my wastegate, 1 for my fpr & 1 for the valve cover

and make sure you plug the coolant line on the front end of the motor. And run the back coolant line to the line that wraps around the back of the block, that goes to the turbo. Want to keep her cool. And you should be good.

ok, next question I've come upon. What does this hose go to and what is it? I don't know if you can tell from the photo since its pretty hard to get in there, its under the greddy intake

C'mon guys, I'm down to the wire, trying to get the engine started for the 1st time tonight and these little things need to be buttoned up...pretty please

Where do these attach to or should I block them off?

And also, anyone know where these go?

the first one you showed is the iacv hose and it should be rooted into your intercoolerpiping before the throttle body.

the plugs are just grounds and i think there is a thing near the water neck they bolt onto i dont remember.

and the two hoses on the throttle body are coolent lines i just left mine open you dont need them.

i was in the exact same spot as you about a week ago.

lmk if you need to know anything else.

just make sure you dont have a coolent line going into the manifold.

i did at first but luckily caught it before i started the car up

awesome thanks! Looking like its probably not going to start tonight, by the time we'd finish up with things it would be too late to start something as loud as its going to be hehe.

another thing is make sure you bolt the manifold to the head in the right pattern.

because its aluminum it doesnt seal to well if you dont bolt it from the inside out.

i had coolent leaking from the manifold right before i was about to start the car so i had to re tighten everything in the right pattern

I was in the same spot also. I ran the 2 lines from the tb to the intake manifold. left the coolant lines open.
