I was thinking about what standalone I should run for the past couple days, and remembered someone used an early s14 sr ecu on their car.

I figured since I would have to make a new harness for a standalone, it doesn't matter if I hack this one up.

So I got a WC ecu $100 from my friend that had upgraded to a PFC a while back, and wired it in yesterday. Its so nice to have consult readout and datalogging.Still have a couple wires to deal with, like the powersteering pressure sensor.

pulls ok, considering i brought my fuel pressure and boost down alittle, also Ive been running a s14 afm, and t28.

There's not really much to photograph. heres a shot of the ecu in the corner with my safc2 wired in, and a bunch of wires that im not using anymore. Also a pic of the gauges screen from my consult datascan program.

I demand a wiring conversion list haha. Sounds like a nice idea. I hate the stock ECU. We have been arguing a bit lately.

there is a downside:the WC ecu is alittle hard to find and alittle more expensive normally. Also you still have to chip the ecu. Right now, im back to stock speed limit and sr rev limit(7100) and boost limit(about 8lbs)

dashes mean take the wire out of the plug cause u dont need it anymore. Atleast this is how I have mine. Also there is an additional ground on the WC pinout(36). Dont use it, it blew my relay.I will add to this if I find anything else out.
