Ok, let me start this off by giving credit to the guys that helped me on this project. My wife, Barb, without her support this project would have been a no go. Ben Kuhl, friend, helped me with the install itself. We both learned a ton and found out why we are lucky to have the background in automotive we have. Ken Harrison, at enjuku racing, hooked me up with parts i need on the go; with the issue they were having with ISIS parts being on hold at customs, he gave me options of parts he had on stock. O'Reilly's auto parts. They had all the other parts i needed without having to order much. Finally, all of you people present and past that have posted on here to help me; search button was used hourly.

Now, the car is running and running amazingly. however, im having an issue with my boost gauge and controller, i think. I have the ISIS BCU(boost control unit), bought it because it had a built in TT but ended up not using it. The controller is working, i have it wired to specs on the book. My boost controller is also hooked up correctly by the manual that came with it. I will include some pictures below, if tinypic works right, to show you guys how i have it hooked up. When i am spooling and boosting my BCU is only showing a 0 - 0.9 psi on the screen. On my boost gauge itself, its showing inbtween 5- 10 and bouncing in the middle of the two. I have the line running to the BCU from the fuel pressure regulator and the intake mani as it said to do in the instructions. I have the boost gauge run from my IC piping that i ut a nipple on to run to my boost solenoid. The other side of the boost solenoid is ran to the wg(wastegate). Now, my BCU is set to start boost at 10lbs on low and cap out at 20 lbs on Hi. I am running both low and Hi but getting the same readings on my boost gauge/BCU.

If anyone could help me that would be amazing. Here are the pics, one is a little small but the other you can easily see the marking i put in.

Here is the T where my line goes to my BCU.

Here are the connections for my boost gauge/wg.

Thanks,

Eric

What turbo? Better yet. What is your entire setup?

Then why in the world are you set for 20 pounds of boost?

For one, you're running WAY out of the efficiency range of the turbo. Second, you're past what your fuel supply can handle as well.. Your low should be set to around 7 and your high should be set to 12-13

doesn't change the fact that my BCU is only showing less than 1 lb of boost. Also, the BCU is set to warm me at 15 and limit at 20. Not max at 20.

I saw the same thing happen on my friend's saab when he set his boost too high.. Boost controller showed stupid low, and his gauge was jumping around everywhere. Like I said, turn it down. Hopefully, you didn't ruin the turbo.

Ok. i did another check of my engine bay and found a vacuum leak. I fixed this and it did change my vacuum on my BCU, but didnt fix it; i think. I was running at -7 psi, now im running at -21 psi until about 4000 rpm where i cant get anywhere over 5 lbs. The turbo is fine, im not burning anything. car is running great, but im just looking to tune the best i can until i can get some more parts.

Im looking at getting a SAFC, HKS wastegate actuator, and maybe some cams. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks

Your turbo and your fuel system both top out with a T25 at 14 psi...
