Finished Silvia Conversion!!

Today i finally finished my Silvia conversion for my 91 coupe! All i need to do now is get the d#@n engine (SR) but have to wait till after i get back from Hong Kong. Anyway, she can wait until i get back im sure, until then she'll have to stay parked like its hard! More like parked like shes stuck, considering her engines blown. Ha. I would post pics but am too stupid to figure out how.

yea its definatly worth it after its done. It really does not take that much time to do really, and when it is finished it really sets you apart

Well, I have some body work I have to do too, a little fiberglassing and whatnot, so I wanna do it all in one shot.

How long did it take you to do yours? Might be able to do it one day if I get off early.

It did not take me long at all, one day at the most, faster if you have two people. The only job that you really need two people for is the hood though because its heavy, plus you have to line it up correctly. Other than that it should not take more than one to two days. I still need to source some nuts and bolts here and there that i lost, used alot of zip ties where i could'nt find the bolts (ghetto style). Good luck on yours though.

Thanks for all the replies guys. If i can only save up enough money to get the frickin engine! However, this trip to Hong Kong for a month is taking all my funds thus far. Anyway, not to shabby looking for a car i bought for 50 dollars.

looking good man...and your in greenville too..cool deal...welcome to the mix..we have a total of 240sx with silvia front ends now in greenville with you...and others in bordering cities..come up to Circuit City tonight and check us out..we hang all hang out there every friday night after 9:30...
