So I just finished wrapping up my front 300zx brake conversion on my 95 240sx. I went all out and installed a 300zx MC and brake booster that I got from a junkyard (rest of the parts were bought on nico and seem fine, dont even ask how I got the booster to fit in there, I'm not even sure i believe it). So, problem is, the brake booster's push rod can be pulled by hand out of its normal position and wobbled around (wont come out of the booster, just sits loose inside). I can put it back in position, and after hooking up the MC and running the car to try the brakes with vacuum, the rod still hadnt gotten dislodged, so maybe this isnt a problem, I just wanted input.

My real issue is the master cylinder. It doesnt for the life of it seem to want to take in fluid. When i initially started bench bleeding it, it spit out the old fluid that was in there, but after some time it just emptied. It wont feed off the reservoir and pumping it from the back seems to just blow air through the front brake line port (the rear port doesnt even do that) Also, compared to my stock MC, when I push in the back of this one, it doesn't seem to go anywhere near as far (related to rear port not working maybe?)

so, anyone with experience? please lend your wisdom! :gotme

Do you understand French by any chances.I dont know how to explain it in English.

The rod thing is normal,if I refer to military trucks i work on at the shop but IDK how to explain the bleeding in english.Maybe you should try to open the bleeders ,remove the oilcap from the MC and se if it gravity bleeds.Or you can use a bleeder ball.
