hows it going guys. i have a jim wolfe ecu. the ? i have is, is there a way to fine tune it. people talk about hooking a safc up to it. but i read on another thread that will fuk the tune that is on the ecu up and return it back to stock.??? and on another note i have a narrowband a/f gauge. how unreliable is that. is it pointless to hook it up. i mean it will give me a general reading but i cant really mess with the fuel anyways right? i just dont want to spend the money on a wideband if its not nessesary

The SAFC will not return the tune to stock. All it does is trick the ecu into thinking there is more/less air so it puts in more/less fuel. This is the only way to fine tune. Yes you need a wideband to make sure you aren't screwing anything up. I suggest letting a dyno shop do it for you. They have wideband machines, so you could bring everything to them and they will tune it for you.

Do more research on the safc before you buy anything.
