finding rwd sr20de parts

does anyone know where i can find used RWD sr20de parts....specificly a distributor setup off of a RWD sr20de... im thinking about setting up a megasquirt and the stand alone doesnt exactly have the capeabilites of controling coil on plug right now... a dizzy distributor setup like the majority of nissans will work great, but i jsut need to find one that fits the sr20det head!

you can use the distributor off of the KA.

if you look in other threads about this subject they say otherwise...i believe pictures are even included. the bore size isnt teh same and either is the length. im putting a ka back in for emmissions so i will check for myself then.

a long time ago, before you could just go get an ECU tune, thats how the sr20det was swapped. They would use the distributor system off of the KA. but test it out, if i am wrong, please let me know.

So I bought a DOHC RWD KA24DE distibutor, and yea, it doesn't fit!

The shaft doesn't go into the hole (haha :|).

Also, it looks like if i was to put in the distributor, the shaft would be too long and would go pass the CAS gear.

Any other thoughts?

I am not sure that he has the right distributor.

then again, my experience is with the sr20det, but from what I understand the sr20de distributor will fit where the cas goes so, logically, the ka24de should work in the sr20de

i guess ill just have to check for myself when i get a ka. i think it would be more logical to try to fit a rwd sr20de distributor because its the same head, but w/e works.
