I am in the process of rebuilding a KA. One of the parts I am having trouble locating is a good set of rods at a "reasonable price". Reasonable is a matter of perspective and from my point of view $664.34 is a bit much for forged Crower rods.

I think new OEM rods will be about $300? Will they be sufficient for a boosted application ?

Or can anyone tell me where I can find cheaper forged rods ?

Thanks.

last time i checked, crower had the lowest prices around. if you're not trying to hang with some of the big dogs (350rwhp+), then the stock rods will do.

Yeah that may be steep, but Crower Rods have that *BlingBling* factor :)
