anyone have any leads on a good muffler for the versa to give it a slightly deeper but NOT super loud sound?

I want my V to sound a bit more mature, but not like a street racer.

Any thoughts?

I wonder if a muffler used on something like a stock Miata or Mini Cooper might be about right. Removing the resonator chamber on the intake can add a little indiction growl.

Maybe one muffler off the 350Z would fit.

Stillen Back Axle Exhaust or the Tanabe Medallion touring (basically the only mufflers available). Stillen is probably what you want (not too racy but nice). The Tanabe I have heard is very nice but deeper. I have the Stillen, and I must say I am very happy with it.

A soon as I get my car taken care of next week (as in fixing damages to hood and front facade as well as painting and installing skirt), I will post some pics. Before the winter hit I put on a nice Tanabe front windshield decal .

I don't know if anyone had this thought before, but from listening to the engine it kinda sounds like a mini 350z or mini G35. But just barely. I wonder if the exhaust sound for those 2 cars could be replicated for the V. I think those 2 sound nice and mature.

Just got the Tanabe on my Versa and I will try to get a good sound clip from it. I can't speak for the Stillen version but the sound from the Tanabe is a nice deep sound. If you go to the versaspeed site I have a picture of the Tanabe and a short blog.
