Finding a Driver side mirror for an 07m35

First big thanks to szhosain for the user manual link.

So My boss owns an a black m35 and someone ripped off the mirror last night and he asked me if I could replace it for him. I have come across to issues in the process and anyones help would be greatly appreciated.

First, I found one mirror on ebay but it's an '06 will that still work? Also it's 150 or OBO is that a good figure or is there some where else I can find one?

Second where can I find the cover? Any help would be appreciated.

The mirror from the '06 will work.

What housing are you referring to....the side mirror housing? If the listing on ebay is for the entire mirror (housing and all), then it might be worth it to make an offer - but start at $100 or something.

You might want to try a junk yard first though. You might be able to luck up and find the housing separate and then pay someone else to just cut the mirror. It will come out cheaper that way.

If your boss doesn't mind the money, then just get it from ebay but offer less than $150 and see if they will accept the offer.
