finally took the plunge on a rb25

Well finally took the plunge and bought a Rb25 motorset from Mckinney with the mounts and driveshaft and spliced harness Super excited for it to get here next week. Just thought id share my excitement. Lookin for a mostly stock setup with FMIC and 12psi just to drive around for awhile and have fun. Eventually want to go with a big turbo. But for now i think ill love a rb25 at 12psi.

the motor def has higher limits than that.. the turbo however, loses it's efficiency above 12 lbs... (atleast, from what I've read) Fuel injectors should be considered at that much boost, though...

stock injectors should be good till 300whp. Dont know bout the stock maf tho. Might need to run a z32

you can still run a stock maf at 12psi. I'm running about .85 bar and haven't run off the end of the load map yet. My injectors are at about 85% duty, so that's getting up there.

yeah totally safe. im gunna be running stock ecu, injectors with FMIC, Walbro 255, z32 maf, and 14psi
