so the issues are resolved dont have a ****ing clue what was causing the issues, but not one time today did I have the jerk I was experiencing. [HOWEVER my clutch died after some super harsh 4500rpm rev limit drifting like a deisel.... car doesnt want to go into gear and when you force it in the damn thing starts creeping... dead clutch right, or should I bleed the slave and hope I got some air in the lines? clutch pedal doesnt fall to the floor, is nice and firm just doesnt do much

If your clutch is gone you would still be able to put it in gear your clutch would just slip. It sounds like you are haveing a problem engageing your clutch/ pressure plateI would start with checking the slave cylinder and continue from there.

you might have a bad pressure plate.

I hope I could help, I am not sure what you ment by dead clutch.

I would bleed it, then check the pedal adjustment. It may be positioned such that the pressure plate may not be releasing completely.

I looked at my slave while pressing the clutch, the rod moved freely as does the pedal up and down.

I just assume my clutch cause its a spec... and I was beating the crap out of the thing today(with super low rev limit). And I'm not all that clutch savy, the slave was pressed with the clutch off, is that bad(freind told me I ruined the whole thing, but should have known as soon as I tried to drive)?

I have a guy here in town with a zoom performance clutch with t/o bearing, and alignment tool for 50 bux or something. I'm gonna get that and hope she holds me till february so I can get a real clutch setup... Supposedly it hold like 240ish trq. more than I make with 8psi and 270cc injectors just makes me mad I've been dealing with one thing after another then its ALL better and whack the clutch(or something)goes out om me all random. It was like that after I got home and the car cooled down also would the willwood work? I'll get a link for you guys..

thanks for the input scheffler checking the slave first thing tomorrow, I hope its good, its only 2 or 3 years old. about what is the lifespan of these?

slave should be fine if u pumped it once or twice not on the throw stick...does the throw out bearing rod stay on the slave?? does it move back and forth like it should? if it fell off the bearing it wouldnt be putting pressure.

Sounds like a pressure plate issue to me. Coul have broke a few fingers.Or you throw out bearing is stuck on your input shaft.Either way, you need to pull it. I say buy the set up for $50 and buy a new throw out bearing, and go drift your little monkey azz off.

ckwik; what do you mean, that kinda sounds like it could be the problem, when its in gear and I try to let out to move it chatters real loud almost a squeal? IDK its all coming apart and the zoom clutch will have to hold me till feb. the guy doesnt want to sell it to me cause I'm boosted and he doesnt want me to kill it in two days and get mad or something.... I know I'm gonna kill it but I can not get a clutch for less than his...also slave appears to be moving just fine in out like it should...

Basically, check pedal height and free play according to the FSM. If there is something causing the pedal or the clutch slave cylinder not to move out far enough, it won't disengage the clutch completely. Also make sure, there is nothing preventin the pedal from going all the way down.

Your pressure plate is toast, the fingers are worn out and are flexing instead of pulling the friction surface away from the disc, thats why it moves when you force it into gear. You need a new clutch, your hydraulics are probably fine.

yeah I figure I killed the thing, I dont care it was worth it, the transmission will come out in the morning when my freind comes to lend a hand, then go back in when I get the clutch from my freind...

Woah wait a second...When your driving does the clutch slip? Or just hard to go in and out of gear?Have you bypassed the stock dampner?Try bleeding your system again.I've had 2 clutches fail. One spring broke and other pressure plate was a piece of junk. Now I have my rps

no when I try to drive it makes a please kill me now noise(if that makes sense) kinda like a chirping of sorts, or chatter. It feels like its not good lol.

dampner removed and s/s line used to jump to the semi~new slave(not one problem since installed)
