After over 2 years of waiting I finally bought a sr20det clip!! Once I started seeing metal shavings in my SOHC, I knew it was time for a replacement. I spent a little more then I wanted to on this clip, but it is by far the cleanest best condition clip I have ever seen. They started it up for me, and it runs sooo smooth. Only 90k km on this thing.

I got it from UP Garage in Tacoma, WA. These pictures don't do it justice. I waited because I didn't have the money to do it right until now. I didn't do a compression test because it isn't accurate with engines that have been sitting for awhile like this one, the engine needs to run for awhile before the rings will properly seal again. They did start it up for me and it runs awesome. Rarely do you get to see the engine run before you buy it, much better then a compression test IMO. Runs smooth, no noises...perfect!

Great pick, good luck with the swap. Pictures of progress are a +. Just remember to be safe and secure with it because of bastards stealing. Oh a hicas.... Anyways, if you have any parts left over, let me know.

I used to work at UP Garage down in Tacoma, they are a great supplier of clean, good condition engines.
