Finally bought another 240sx! 93 base model hatch! champagne in color!! booya.. but anyways.. ordered my motor from http://www.osakajdmmotors.com/intronissan.htm .. wish me luck guys! ( motor better be in tip top shape! )

Never heard of em, but their site looks really professional. Just leak down test it (or hook it up to a battery and...) and go from there. My swap (other than some wiring) has been proven to be in good shape (although I do baby her). Good luck, and when you need help, we'll be here to give the necessary assistance if so needed. The swap is easy, btw. Don't sweat it if you are.

yeh im not certain yet. this is the only motorset i can get that isnt blown ( hopefully ) for a decent price. all the CA front clips at the local garage doesnt carry another container till late feb. Yeh I really havent ordered the motor YET. But going to give them a call tommorrow and then ordering it. What else should I ask for? heh hope i get a quick reply. im going to bed soon.

hey if you get your engine from them let us know what the quality is. ive heard mixed reviews about osaka and i was going to order a front clip from them but i want some testimonials first .

why not call jarco or j-hot? theyre very reliable and we know this from quite a bit of experience. i would ask the mileage, if it comes with the ecu/maf/ign chip/intercooler/plumbing/etc. also see if they have done a compression and/or leakdown test and if you get a clip or something, ask if you can hear it run.

Try to get your money back ASAP. They are trash, if you do not beileve me, go to http://www.honda-tech.com and search there name. They are trash.

oh haa, it's one of my friends. he owns a local garage in WA. He hand picked it out himself. 46k miles. Good compression all around. He's name is tino from custom imports, they special ordered it for me, it was the last one in the container. I'll ask him if he can get more next month. Maybe he can sell some to you guys! He's a great guy.
