so i finally got my rb20 running in my s13.. it idles a bit high around 1500 at operating temp.. it seems to pull pretty decent, it seems like the boost kicks in around 4k? my buddy has a sr and he can pull on me.. i know rb20s and srs are close to the same power.. unless he has a jesus sr is there anything that could cause my rb to have less power or is it just letting the computer relearn everything? just small things to work on i guess but i figured i had nothing to lose to ask questions. :dblthumb:

That's really late for the boost to come on. I'd guess that combined with the high idle you have a vacuum/boost leak somewhere. You were just trouble shooting not too long ago, right? What all did you check before again? I'm just trying to remember. Anywho, boost leak check would be the first thing I would do :dblthumb:

ive checked a decent amount of stuff umm i really want to say the boost gauge is crap.. its saying iam running 12 lbs of vacuum and 11 psi of boost? i know of one leak i fixxed, its on the back on the intake plenum beside the heater lines, the bong above the brake booster bong is broken off so i believe that would cause a boost leak of some sort. ill double check all the intercooler piping and so forth just for reasurance
