Pix of my (no longer) new to me 2005 Q45.It's a base model, Pearl white. I've had the front bumper cover replaced, mudguards painted to match and installed, new wheels and tires, and a complete detail by European Detail Specialists in Phoenix, the guys who do the cars for the Barrett-Jackson auctions.

How do you like it?

Actually, being a base model, it came with 17s originally, but when I got it, it had brand new 20" American Racing "Casino" wheels and brand new Sumitomo HTRZ II tires. I replaced them with 18" TSW "Kyalami" chrome wheels and Bridgestone RE050A "Pole Position tires.

The American Racing wheels and Sumitomo tires are for sale, BTW, in like new condition. Here's a photo:

No, no drop for me. I woudn't mind it beng around 3/4 to 1" lower, but I'm not up for the suspension hassles and increase in ride harshness, not to mention scraping speed bumps, dragging on steep driveways, and bashing the front air dam on concrete parking curbs. So it stays the way it is.

Thanks for the kind words, guys. I just got it back from the detailers, and it came out great.

I really like it a lot, more than I thought I would.

Thanks Jesda. I like 'em too, and I get comments on how nice they look, and how good the car looks with them.

More money than I wanted to p, especially considering that it already had brand new wheels and tires, but now that the pain of paying for them is abating, I'm a happy camper.

Anyone in the Phoenix area interested in buying the almost new 20"?They're avaliable for inspection at my house. New price around $2,000, I want $1,000.

Looks awesome! I'm glad European Detail took care of you. They did a fantastic job on my car a couple years ago.

Are those wheels you have for sale the same width front and rear?

Yes, they really do a nice job. Car looks even better in person than in the photos.

Wheels and tires are the same size F & R, 20" 5-114, Sumitomo HTRZ II Ultra high performance 245/35ZR20, around 700 miles on them. They were new on the car when I bought it, replaced them two weeks later with 18", as I didn't care for the look of 20" on a Q, but then, I'm an old guy. Younger guys like them better than older guys.

If anyone is interested in them, maybe they could have one of our members in Phoenix come over and inspect them. I'll be glad to show them.I'm an older guy, as I said, and am disabled, so I can't pack or ship them. If anyone outside of Phoenix wants them maybe they could have a shipping company pick them up here. I think most of them are used to handling mounted wheels and tires. They are an excellent deal at $1,000 for all four, mounted.
