I got the clip from JDM Recycler, I can garauntee the engine is fine since I haven't heard any complaints about them from people who purchased their engines, but we'll see after I take it out this weekend.

No, I paid for those parts, they were included in the crate b/c I bougth them from the same place as the clip. The price is pretty much same as anywhere else.
