Car looks really good. Congrats!

That paint job looks just phenomenal.

Only thing I'd do is clean up a bit under the hood. Maybe it's just the pic, but it looks like the engine bay could stand a little clean-up.

Anyway, enjoy the car!

That does look like a KA24DE and a fairly OE-style exhaust, from what I can see.

Yep looks like a KA and OE exhaus to me as well. None the less nice looking car. Whose is it? yours or your fathers?

lol, well if we were going by money spent, I'd say his car, but hes a generous person so he lets me have it, btw that is an exhaust that is really small, and will soon be replaced by a BRM DUAL TIP!!! as for the hardcore street racer look, thats my dad's doing, heh, he snapped the pic!!!

"Project" consisted of the following--89 240 Hatch SOHC Auto-- My dad bought it one day and parked it in the driveway... I wanted a Honda... What the heck was I thinking!!! Please forgive me... this was before I came to understand and appreciate the unmatched excellence that can be had in the 240sx world, Thats what dads are supposed to do... help sons understand the truth and make sure we see the light...

First Mod--

Volk AV3 wheels

Drifted / slid/ spun... hit curb... wasted wheels and suspension

Dad helped get her back on the road... Long story but we just worked on it together and we had a lot of help from a shop that seemed to owe my dad some big favor or something....

New wheels -- Nippon 17"-- I like em!KYB AGXEibach Pro KitComplete Whiteline bushing set throughout the entire carMOOG tie rod endsnew front strut top mounts Swaped SOHC for DOHC

Swaped Auto to Manual

:):)NISMO Mountsall new brakes-- not really a mod... just replaced emUnorthox Underive PulleyPaceSetter Headerall paint stripped to bare metal on the entire car including jambs and hood... painted 2 coats of BMW Factory paint Toledo Blue 3 coats of clear. looks good now but will look even better at the end of the month when the paint gets a final detail buff out from the paint guysAlpine MP3 Head Unit--Need an AMP!

Oh Yeah.. almost forgot... Swapped the Pig Nose for a 91 nose

not a perfect fit but I like it fine!

I always read about "my dad and I..", "My dad helped me...", but Ive never had that luxury. Unless your dad is a total ******* to everyone, dont take him for granted. Ive taught myself EVERYTHING I know about cars and repairs and I always have to do things the hard way.

Sums up my life. And wanna know whats really ****ed up? My dad has been a mechanic for 21 years. Tells me he will NOT pick up a single wrench to help me with my car.

He moved out years ago, but still.

The 91 front should fit perfectly onto your car.... unless you forgot the side flairs
