Bought her back in June, and have loved it ever since. Coilovers are in the mail and will be here Friday! If anyone wants some Tien S-Techs on GR-2's let me know. Now for the photos!

Battery relocation.

The previous owner painted the bumper with some ugly bumper coating that was flat black, ugly, cracking, and you could see the yellow bumper underneath in spots. So to fix that temporarily I rattle canned it.

Layed another coat or two after this and wet sanded.

Then today I got my wheels!

Should look better when I'm dropped more on my coilovers. I'll post some photos when I put them on. Over all I'm pretty psyched so far, and think its coming along nicely.

Thanks. Right now I'm saving for an sr swap that I should be able to fund by the winter when I take it off the road. But until then I'm just going to work on suspension.

Me either. I got my RUCA's today right after my wheels, so I'm just waiting on the coilovers. Then I'll have that nice stance and handling.

It just hit 151,000 miles not too long ago. So it isn't the greatest candidate. Doesn't leak anywhere though which is a + haha.

Well I have typed up this post twice already and ******* x'ed the tab out accidentally and lost all my links to the photos I was in the process of posting. Hopefully I don't fail this time.

Now enough with the whining, on to the car. It's been a while since I've updated this. Since then, I've acquired a fair amount of parts. Right now, I'm in the process of a 5 speed swap, but since the winter started and my car was off the road, I have installed a new carpet, wheel, re polished the lips of my wheels, re upholstered my glove box, received my oem chuki skirts and kouki valances, ect. On to the photos. and one more for good measure.I'm shooting for the end of the weekend to finish the swap up and have it back on the road by next week. I miss my car. I've been driving my taurus wagon all winter and, although its the greatest snowboarding car, I'm bored. Very bored. Updates will be more frequent hopefully.

DONE! Thanks a lot guys. The carpet is an OEM 89-90 closed loop carpet. As for the springs and struts, they're sold. Sorry. I'm about to go snap some more photos in a minute. I'll keep you posted. I believe the paint was just Krylon rattle can. I clear coated it via a rattle can after which made it look nice. Just make sure to wetsand and it won't look like COMPLETE ****. Not the greatest, but it will do for now.

EDIT: photos

So I did end up finishing it Yesterday. Cruised around the neighborhood since it isn't registered at the moment. That will change as of tomorrow though! I can't wait to be back to driving it. Skirts still need paint oh well.
