Basically i found out about the car through a salesman at a local dealership. He said his father passed away and it was left to him but has sat in his driveway under a car port for the last 3 years without being moved...what a shame. But a lucky find for me, a completely untouched dead stock 1992 240sx se vert amazingly rust free. I couldnt get over the condition of this car as far as rust goes. I bought it about two weeks ago, not running, 4 flat and rotted tires on disgusting stock wheels, several drivers side door dings from the car port it was under, had been bumped in the rear but barely noticable, and a very nice top(besides the rear window of course). Put the car on the flat bed and brought it home to the garage. In two weeks i have replaced all belts, fuel filter and several fuel lines, plugs and wires, battery, and intake flat filter, also added some wide black 16's with gorgeous wide tires to match...gotta love that stance.

as it sits now...

as far as plans go, first things first=suspension. also, tomorrow its going to the shop to have the back and rear bumpers stripped and painted and i've got to order a front lip for it. Then friday it will have the new exhaust fitted tanabe super medallion 70mm then gotta take it over to "flyboyz custom streetrod interiors" to have the rear window replaced in the top and some sliders made up for new seats. not really sure what i want for seats but definately black with red stitch. I need to check into a new exhaust manifold and downpipe as well. Then it will be parked in the garage over the winter, i really wanna go ca18-t and soon. Let me know what you guys think, and remember its only been two weeks and im haulin ***, can't wait for spring to come around....

What's the reserve set at? I'm close and I'm considering it.

What the hell, you're selling too? What is it with people signing up on NICO and selling it before their intro thread has even died?

The reserve is set at $3200. At this point its about what i have in the car. Just looking for garage space.

Loki---> I love the vert but I need the garage space for the winter and theres been alot of interest in the car so I thought it would sell quick. If anyone has a coupe or hatch thats interested in gettin a vert pleaseee contact me. I really really want a clean hatch or coupe for some drift days next summer.

or if anyone just wants to sell a clean hatch or coupe that lives close to the corning new york area please contact me!

nice vert, the top looks brand new! I have a question...what exactly is the welded timing chain guides you speak of in the auction? I know you can pretty much take off the two upper guides (top one is a recall) and use just the tentioner on the top chain...but welding them??

The top one was broken when purchased and instead of removing it it was re-welded into place for "just-incase".

Can barely notice the perfect beed on the weld and it just brought it back to stock.

Thanks

once again reserve is 3200 someones gotta want this car!
