Pito, i think i might have been awake but i dont remember.. I just hope that I gave you the right info becuase my recollection of the conversation is limited.

1 can be replaced without the plenum off... Might not be a bad idea to do that one first to make sure you konw how to do it right before you remove the aluminum spider of death.....

Id also check your connections ON THE INJECTOR THEMSELF.. jesda said that his had a TON of buildup.. Might explain the one that is open.....

It would help to have the exact readings...

Wiggle those connectors! I had a disgusting orange goo that smelled like metal on my ground connector. If I wiggled them, it would toggle between showing a 1. and showing a proper measure.

Why would the meter read 1 before hooking it up to anything? Sure it wasn't 0l, or 0L?

Guess 1 is open on the meter. Usually says 0L (open loop). I suggest pulling the harness off and measuring the #1 injector directly before replacing it just to be certain. If it ohms OK then it's a contact issue. #3 can be read directly too, but a contact problem wouldn't cause less resistance. Usually they go up, not down. Means the coil inside is shorting out.

yup, pull the plug on #1 and put the ohm meter directly on the injector. as for the other two injectors that read LESS resistance, probably shorted out coils in the injectors but you may want to recheck them to make sure you were contacting the pins right and such.
