i finally am part of the family again after my tragic wreak a few months back... i bought a 1995 240SX today! Just brought my baby home! i never was a fan of the S14 much, but i got a change of heart when i seen this baby. Its a 5spd too! Woot!! im so excited! Imma take Pics of her for you guys tomarrow... i got a bit of cleaning to do, but hey. Anyways, i will have pix posted tomarrow! Yaaaaaaaay!!!!!! immmmmmmmmmmmmm baaaaaaaaaaaaacccckkkkk!

yeah, im not as excited and my parents can tell, but inside i am happy.. the color is this kinda green? like like a light light green. it has 90K miles on it trim is SE... title is rebuilt.. 5spd manual.. seems to run fine, only had one weird thing happen but i think it was at my fault.. clutch seems OK, just gotta press all the way in. normal for a s14 to run @ 2K rpm in 5th doing 80mph? thats what it was doing.. suspention is good, handling is just as if not better then my old s13. seems a bit slower then the old car.. stock hubcabs.. im replacing sparkplug wires, sparkplugs, and batt. tomarrow, it seems to no get a full fire when i turn it on, its very quite and seems like it didnt get a full blast of power.. maybe that could be due to im use to load cars, old one had exhaust /wo cats... and i been driving with my friend mike in his 94 5.0 GT... pasg. window dont go down all the way, need to fix that.. im a windows down kinda guy... also the pasg. keyhole dont unlock my door? broken, or not orgional... it turns, just no click. no rust at all that i seen so far, yet i havent looked at the bottom much... engine bay is ugly as **** right now, ideas on cleaning EVERYTHING.. including that nasty looking head... no rust, just looks "old" (poss. rebuilt engine..donno what was rebuilt)... crack in the taillight, not terrible.. no alarm, horn works though :-D. hole in stearing wheel i just noticed. trunk needs a nice cleaning along with the rest of the car. paint looks nice, except chip hard in the front bumper, looks like it was a lil tap with a truck, no dents that i seen yet, hoping i wont find any or cause any either.. im making the car sound like a huge pos, but honestly, its not all that bad, i will have pix for my fellow brothers soon, by tomarrow... there is one thing that IT MUST have though that i dont, 2 nice lil NICO stickers would be nice...maybe as a congrats gift lol anyways... i will tell ya more when i see it in the dark and when im not freaking out.... lates imma go sit in it now

oh yeah... and the gas lid thing dont close.... how much is that to repair.. it looks like its always open... thats prolyl because it is.

It can't be an SE if it has hubcaps... SEs all had 5lug 16" alloys (maybe this is what you mean by stock hubcaps?).

Also, my car cruises at about 70 at 3k rpm in 5th (96 240sx base model) so I think something's off on yours. I'd get the speedo/tach checked.

the vin number ran up as a 1995 240SX SE

just walked outside and poked at them to check.. they are caps. i donno man... maybe it was a rebuit from a acc. and the rims shattered? i donno man

it also looks like the body in your pic.. the base model... but i dont get it... run your vin in carfax.. see if maybe it comes up SE
