Got my springs last week, installed them over the weekend.. and now enjoying that I'm part of the lowered family again :biggrin: I hated riding stock height.. way too much wheel gap for me. To be honest, I'm actually thinking about getting 17s instead of 18s when I get new wheels+tires next year since it doesn't look that bad at all IMO. I got a lotta time to think about that though.

Sorry for the bad pics, btw. I'm gonna try to find a friend with at least a decent digital camera to take some pics for me.. these are off my phone with a little bit of color editing in PS. Thanks for looking!

Thanks man! No kidding, everytime I'd see a lowered A/C here on the forums I'd whimper a bit to myself :( Hahah! I picked these up for $200 off of eBay, which was a good deal considering they're A) cheaper than Eibachs and B) they lower the car more :bigthumb:

I think the biggest pain in the a** was using the spring compressor for the fronts, man that was a pain.. it probably took me and 2 buddies about an hour or so to completely take off the old spring and compress the new Tein spring, then TWO times I guess we didn't compress the spring in the right spot because you couldn't reattach the top part. On the flipside, the rear was easy as hell (obviously, as the spring and shock are totally separate).

Looks nice man. As far as lower, it looks the same as my Eibachs. Wish my garage was that clean.

Yeah I most likely will go with 18s.. gonna get a meaty tire though so I don't have to endure too much wheel gap haha.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm hoping in a couple weeks they'll be a little more settled and a little lower too :bigthumb:

Aha I wish! Actually they're plastidipped stock wheels.. got tired of the chrome so decided to go this route.
Looking good man..
Thank you sir!

Matty, you're riding at about the height I have my BC's set to, and I think you just sold me on plasti-dipping the stockers. I'm 100% committed, now, and I think I'll try to get into an AutoZone or a Home Depot sometime this weekend.

Hahah, sweet man! You'll definitely be happy. I loved the change it made to my car, because it was a BIG difference for sure.

@Flores45: I've read that the Teins do go lower, and from the looks.. I dunno, it looks the same almost. I think the rears drop lower with the Teins than the Eibachs though, for sure.

@SanoSuke: They're the stock wheels that came with my car, but painted black with Plastidip.

@alphapig: Yep :)

@AlexM: It's actually just a custom axleback at the moment. I was gonna save up for the TopSpeed N1 exhaust a month or two ago, but a buddy had this muffler left over from his 240sx so he said I could have it (just an eBay N1 muffler) and I got it welded up to the stock exhaust for like $27 :)

Those stickers are wayyy too silly IMO

They belong on herrafrush cars with stuffed toys hanging from tow hooks.

Have some class

I sorta agree. Depends on the look you're going for with our cars. Our cars aren't solely classy or aggressive though. So it can play on both styles. Gonna try to go a bit classier with next wheels
