I finally got my car running right. I guess I had a 3 psi wastegate spring in. I replaced it today with a 10psi spring and it works like a charm. It is about dam time. I just wanted to thank everyone for the help you gave me. I am going back to the dyno and I will post my dyno sheets up when I get them.

t3 super 60ssac manifoldtial wastegate 10 psi springspearco front mount intercoolersafc 2370cc injectorswalbro fuel pumpz32 mafsand all necessary electronics

At first the maf was to close to the turbo. So I switched it over to the cold pipe and did the blow thru maf setup that made the car work perfect other then I needed to tune the safc. The second problem I had was I bought a 10 psi tial wastegate but it came with a 3 psi spring. So I bought the new 10psi spring and now I no longer have any problems...For now. It works out perfect since I wanted to get the car done before I went to guam on deployment and now it is done. One thing less I have to worry about. I didnt want to come home to a car that didnt run properly. What are the low afr suppose to be when not in boost? I know that in boost it should be as close to 12 as possible. Im just not sure about when not in boost. Thanks

It should be at around 14.7 while cruising or accelerating out of boost.

I went to the dyno and at 7 psi i had 185rwhp. The thing about it is I dont hit full boost until 4000rpm. This sounds strange since I thought the t3 super 60 were suppose to be instant. Also when I was leaving the dyno I noticed that I was only able to boost to 5psi this is strange also. I dont understand why it is taking me so long to get to full boost. Anybody know?

if not, maybe somethigns wrong with your wastegate setup? 4000rpm isnt right for a super60

I thought 7 psi would at least get me in the 220-240rwhp. I am sure nothing is wrong with the wategate. I just pulled that out and fixed it yesterday.

The downpipe connects to the turbo not the manifold. If you need a downpipe go to a muffler shop and they can make you one. If you dont want to get one made at the muffler shop then look on ebay.Check out nico's sponsors

seven psi should have net you more than 200wrhp on that turbo. as for y ur boost is coming on that late, i had the same issue and it was a stupid boost leak from the T on the compressor housing. one hole on the T went to the wastegate but the other one was left open lol. rubber cap and zip tie and instant spool was where i was left at lol.

I finally found the culprit to my low dyno numbers and why the boost was kicking in so late. On the ssac manifold there is a hole with a fitting in it. I plugged it up with jb weld but it came out the same day and I just never noticed it. Then my friend was like what is that on the manifold. I was like i plugged it up that isnt it. So we checked it anyways and it was blowing alot of air out. I plugged it up and I have alot more low end power. My boost kicks in alot faster but I have to test it later since I never put the light in my boost gauge.
