I finally had the time to paint the drums and rotors. Went to Canadian Tire and bought some Calliper paint and it only took about 2 hours to "get 'er done"! I'd appreciate any opinions from members. Note: The red you see on the wheels is only the reflection from the paint, NOT over spray lol.

The rotors look good, but the drums do not do much for me.

Hmmm, I sort of want to agree with you. Seems to be almost a little too much. Will see what others think, and maybe go back to black in the near future. Either way I found some rust starting to form on the drum so this will stop it I hope as a a bonus.

I like the rotor look. I am thinking of doing that to my Versa.

It's a lil much but would've looked a little stupid if you didn't paint both. The only way to stop rust is to sand it down and then paint it or use a rust inhibitor primer, usually contains a lot of zinc, on it first. The process of oxidation doesn't stop when you just paint over the rust.

I don't really see the point of showing off drums. If anything I'd paint them black to hide them more. Painting them an eye-catching body color is definitely not the way I'd go. I guess at least you're helping prevent rust spreading to your wheels.

Used caliper paint that was made for this purpose so I don't foresee any problems with that. I only applied a light coat as well so probably will keep dust and debris out of the calipers. But I do appreciate the comments....thanks.
