And yes people do pull over for them. After i did the video i drove down the road and 2 people pulled over for me to go by. I love these things so much fun and they look pretty cool. Sorry for the crap video but i took a quick one.

well my sis got em for me for my bday i just had to pay for install so w/e i like it bc its sumtin noone has and the rest ill have by the end of the summer with my own money

If anyone is building a car for HIN then its almost a mandatory accessory for your car. I dont agree you should ever drive with them going off, but for show purposes, they are a fun lil touch.
