So, I finally got together with a couple of local guys that do photography as a hobby. We met up at the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs in north Phoenix. The outcome was great. The pictures you see here were taken by Brandon (Brandon5OH), a member of our local AZ350Z.com forum. Scott (TenTill4Z) is working on his. I'll post those as soon as they're available.

I give great props to both of them, as they both did excellent jobs. Scott was able to take more pictures at more locations (18th green of golf course, under the chandelier at night, etc) because Brandon's battery actually died.

And, please don't pay any attention to my eleventy-billion rock chips on my bumper. Yes, those are all 100% rock chips.

Enjoy

Yes, I painted them. I took the housing apart with the assistance of a heat gun. Then, simply sprayed them and reassembled everything.

What's your method?

Shoulda gotten a clear bra for the front...it would have helped against the rock chips somewhat. Maybe it's me but it looks like it could use a little drop. The Gialla grille is nice and all but the OEM grille is pretty sharp looking, especially on a black G. Just a personal preferance. Overall it's pretty nice. Good job.

Thanks guys. As far as the drop, it has some 350Z Tein H Tech springs installed. And the front camber is out of spec. Anymore of a drop, and I'd absolutely HAVE to get aftermarket suspension arms (can't spend the money on that right now). But, it is on the agenda.

And for the clearbra, 99% of the chips happened in the first few weeks of owning the car (took a mountain drive up to Payson, AZ where the roads aren't front bumper friendly). If/when I change my front bumper, a clearbra goes on immediately after the paint cures

Again, thanks for the props.

Yeah Jerome... that is a SMOKIN' HOT setup. (And a heck of a lot of pics!! You got every angle and then some). I love the 'no insignia' look for the back end. I did the very same thing to mine. Have you thought about overlays for the tail lights? They would look great with the whole black theme.

Thanks. Yeah, I like having no emblems on the outside of the car. As far as the taillights, they do have some BlueBatmobile.net overlays on them. But, they're the lighter 3/10 smoke ones. I just wanted to tone down the red a bit, without blacking them out. I like it.

I just email to them they have overlay for 07's. I'll get the 4/10. I am thinking the same way just make it a little darker.

Wah? Its not that I CAN'T fit anything larger, its that I don't WANT to. 19's are perfect on the G/Z, IMHO.

It just looks like the tire size is wrong then. you have 35 series on 19's. i have 35 series on 20's. so mine fill in the gaps a lil more. just doesnt look right to me. thats all. didnt want to offend you.

IMO, the correct way to "fill in the gap", is to do it my altering the suspension. With the 19" setup that I currently have, I am near identical to the factory size's overall tire diameter. That way, I know 100% for sure, it will not interfere or affect the VDC or anything else. However, running the 20" tire setup of 245/35 and 275/35, you are nearly an inch larger in overall tire diameter. I've heard some people say this messes with their VDC and such. And, I KNOW this throws the speedo off by a small percentage. Soooo, that's why I like doing things the correct way. No offense.

And, the grille is a Gialla replica, as listed in my signature. You can email me if you want information on it. Hint, hint. Its on a group buy on another G35 forum.
