finally got my bar started and running, but.....

So i finally i got my car started it was actually the fuel pump, which i had still hooked up to my factory ecu which someone toll me i can do.the factroy ecu was not pickin up a rpm signal so it would cut off the fuel pump so now i have it hook up to my standalone which i should of done in the first place.

Anyways now my problem is:1. puffn blk smoke out of tail pipe2. and puffn and spitting out blk smoke and cant tell if its gas or oil from the ex mainfold flange where i am missing one stud(first stud on the left)

my a/f gauge and comp say it is runnin lean.and before installing my turbo and bigger injectors my cars was runnin smoke free

any suggestions?
