Finally got my 13 sec slip

decided to go to the track today after adding a few new things. this is my best run so far and its what i have been wanting for over a year now.

60' 2.41/4 13.831mph 107.92

from comparing it to other people's time slips it seems i can hit a 12 sec easy. this was at 11psi. i will be turning it to 13psi. also my launch is horrible. i cant realyl launch at my track cuz its so sticking that on my weak clutch it wont hold and jsut slip giving me literally a 20sec 1/4mi. oncei get my 60' down to a 2.0 im sure ill have a 12sec timeslip. felt realyl good to finally get it. i new i was too since i saw how fast i was going. i just shifted really good on this run. well just wanted to share

good job. do better on you launch and you'll bring that time down alot. still doesnt compare to my 16 flat tho

haha i used to run 16's with my auto with intake and exhuast. but yea i need to get a new clutch and break it in nice. with 13psi i have no doubt i will be able to hit 12's maybe on street tires

yea im stock except for exhaust and suspension. i should prolly try softening the rear dampers to help on launching. im so close to 15s but i cant break 16s. anyway, what track did u go to?

minus the body kit and paint i have done all the work to my car myself. when i put in my built engine i did the 5spd swap at the same time

i tune myself with a wideband o2 sensor i run all the time. i will be going to a dyno soon hopefully. the closest place to me is in tabernacle called modern musclecar motorsports i think

I ran last night at Gainesville Raceway:

60' = 2.1

13.5 @ 104.2

This is 9psi from a T3/T04E 57-trim.

I was hoping for a 105mph trap, but it was a kinda warm evening, what can you do.

I got all the parts for the manual swap except the brake pedal which could be cut.im just trying to find someone that would either do it with me or pay someone to do it.............I dont own a garage so i can't do it myself.....

well just got back from the track my best trap tonight was 109.81mph. i ran a 14.9 tho because i was in 3rd, dont ask why. this was at about 12.5psi. im ordering a new clutch tomorrow so i will hopefulyl be able to launch without it slipping. i want to hit 12's with my setup how it is now. i have a jwt ecu, 72#'s, cobra maf, and jgy fuel rail coming in next week tho. i have to try to keep them aside i guess.

slipsr20-i do have the nsport kit, but i upgraded to a tail wastegate, hks bov, sr 480cc injectors, msd btm, plus a few other things. i've heard that the turbo is good for about which i should be running in a couple weeks
