Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself to the Versa fold. My pickup truck finally starting to wear out on me and this was my chance to get a vehicle for my hour commute to work. I was getting about 16mpg in my pickup and when gas got up to $4/gallon I didn't know if was going to be able to afford to keep driving that far. I made it through the price crunch and vowed that when I got something else it was be easier on the wallet at the pump. So, I picked up a silver 2007 Versa S this past Saturday and absolutely love it. She's got 33k mileage and was well taken care of and it was a Nissan certified pre-owned so I got a little peace of mind along with it. I'm planning on leaving it pretty much stock since I'm a point A to point B kind of guy, but with all the modding I've seen in the forums I may get the bug to do some things.

It's the 4AT. I would've preferred the MT anytime but since I have to share with the wife it had to be an AT.

........manual transmission is fine but most of the car buying public purchase at. at has a higher resale value. i am pretty sure the manual says service the transmission @ 30000 miles not sure though. good luck.

Welcome and congrats on your purchase... Better mpg is a plus these days especially when gas price is going back up again. Anyway, if you ever come to a decision about making any changes to the V, don't forget to post some pics... Enjoy
