So after waiting for a bit more than a month, my Versa has finally arrived at the dealer ship yesterday. The overall of pretty good and I am quite impressed with it. So far I have the windows tinted and rear badges removed. Anyways, I will post some pictures later on.

ThanksMarch

Looks like you've got a fun driveway there. Versa's are great daily drivers, but I would love to play around with that WRX on the weekend.

(And BTW - shouldn't your tinting numbers be reversed? Lighter tint in the front, darker in the rear?)

In the shop where I have mine tinted, they judge the percentage by the visability. So 35% in the rear would be like 35% visability and the front is 50% meaning that the back is darker than the front.

I see. is that a Canada thing, or just your shop?

We actually have a standard down here in the states called VLT. Visible Light Transmission. It is the percentage of light shone on the outside surface that is able to make it inside. The lower the number, the darker the tint. ergo, here, 50% is very light, 35% is standard (and the lowest legal for front windows in most states), and about 25% is what you find stock on the rear windows of SUV's.
