Finally got an SR!!!!

Hey I got my SR finally Its an S13 Red top couple quick questions is that manifold stock or aftermarket and is there anything i need to know before i put the engine in? also it came with HKS plugs... Gigity!

Searching will yield many answers as to what needs to be done to put the motor in. Definitely not stock mani.

re route your heater hoses now with the engine out, it's a PITA with the engine in... not like i know from experience or anything

looks like a winner! im planning to get my SR pretty soon too im looking foward for a front clip or just the engine set not sure yet gotta look around first! =]

also I'm guessing that my stock s13 pipe isnt going to match up cause they didn't give me a downpipe and i lack intake piping too anyone know of a solution besides getting the actual parts im limited in resources, one of my friends said i can use an S14 KA pipe for the downpipe i looked for this but couldnt find anything on it... is there any truth to this?

the actuator on the turbo.. where does it go i don't have that assembly that everyone else has on theresplease help i cant find any information anywhere on it

do you plan to do the swap yourself? First search the forums, you will find tons of info. The harness can be a bit of a pain. Besides that check your motor mounts to see if they need replacement. Also check the clutch, see if it needs replacement. Throw on any mods/clean the engine bay etc before you swap in the engine and that way you wont hate life. You also need to look at your horsepower goals and figure out a game plan based on those numbers.
