Tuning a (an electronically controlled) car usually entails modifying, altering, or augmenting the settings or output of the ECU. Usually involves some type of hardware - piggyback (afc neo, haltech sport, greddy emanage), standalone (haltech platinum, power fc, aem ems), or modding a stock ecu (chip flashing / swapping, nistune). Dunno if the stock KA ecu can be tweaked, but if it can't, and you don't have some other fuel / engine management system in the car, then you can't tune it. Yet. If you can mod the ka ecu or you do have some type of FC in the car, then you "can". But I'd leave it to people who have experience with tuning cars. Getting setting wrong can make an engine go boom.
Also, if you're running stock injectors @ 14psi, I'm inclined to agree with Tannerville. Turbo'd, you probably should have an air fuel meter (a good proper wideband) too.
