Finally gone turbo

Well, I finally got my S14 back saturday. I'm currently running a T3 turbo, with the jgs manifold, bov, injectors, and 3inch exhaust on a newly installed KA with 72k miles. Right now i'm boosting 5psi. However, I am not using an intercooler because I need the piping. I was wondering if anyone knows of any shops that can custom make intercooler piping for a 95 240sx. I live in Alabama so these will more than likely have to be shops that do business nationally. The local shop i go to quoted me a price that was very high so that isn't really an option. what engine management are you running?and don't pay more than around 10 dollars per weld, but just about any machine shop or exhaust place should be able to do it. If you don't think they can weld well, ask to see a car they worked on (there will prolly be one on a lift in the shop right now if its a decent exhaust place).

I got my downpipe, intercooler piping, intake and wastegate dump powder coated with couplings for 400. Like andrave said any exhaust shop chould be able to do it.

or you can use large radiator hoses as pipe, or silicone hoses, that’s what I plan to run.

Where in Alabama are you? IM in Auburn and a local muffler shop does all of our pipings. Its usually not pretty, but it works
