230rwhp and all those goodies? I hope that is a typo haha. You can do that with an T25G and the stock injectors.

so i ran into a slight issue...

i found a near by turbo supplier, basically i would get everything needed for the turbo install (S15 Spec R) for around 1200

this would include

TurboManifold gasket5 bolt gasket (back of turbine)3 bolt gasket (for elbow to DP)4 bolts gasket (Mani to turbo)metal retainer clip (to hold bolts in place)CA18 SS linesAdapter plates/gaskets (inlet and outlet elbows)Studs

and this si were my problem arises, the lower oil return elbow, which do i need?

You can just use the stock oil return. $1200 is a huge rip. You can find those turbos for under $600 ALL DAY. The gaskets you can get at Nissan for $1-2 each.

1200 includes everything listed up top though, the turbo alone is 710

everyone tells me that its around 600, i havent found one, and in no way am i going to ebay to look for it...mind you im tryint to not pay for shipping

and when u say use the stock one, do u mean reuse my turbo's stock elbow, or the one that comes with the s15 turbo?

I was just kiddin' bro. But in all seriousness, shoot for 275whp. I have seen plenty of data, video and dyno sheets of that range on your setup.

1200 for all of that brand new?

damnit Tim stop being so cheap, thats a good price if its not used.

the under 600 turbos you talk about are used, and with used turbos come obvious risk.

I did just recently sell a spec R with custom inlet, factory outlet, and a copper inlet gasket for around 650.00 shipped however. I was gung-ho though and priced it to sell quickly. Person who purchased got a deal as it truly was a low mileage turbo, and after acquiring the inlet/outlets/oil return etc I was likely over 1k in.

Noooo! I always get blamed!

I paid $700 for my s15 spec R turbo new from Garrett, and I used all the stock lines and stuff so it cost me $700 all said and done. Stainless braided oil and coolant lines are for people who want to show off, my stockers work just fine.

I think 380 for everything is a pretty good deal man, don't worry about it. You're going to want something bigger in a year anyway, so its probably for the best you got everything so cheap.

I just re-used my CA compressor outlet. I don't know why everyone replaces it, the stocker works just fine.

Oh, and you can probably save yourself 70% on those braided lines if you make them yourself. If you have a vise, you can do it.

You can get the exhaust studs from Nissan or Subaru. They are the same thing. My friend got a set for his '02 WRX and I used some of the left overs. Pretty cheap too if I remember.

if i had a vise ur right, i could, but i dont have time to measure out, and build them, i wish i could, and if someone locally coudl it be even better...time is my enemy at this point, car is due fo rsmog in feb, im tryin oto beat the clock and basically drive it around to get things done, and then unregister the thing, (or w/e it is you do to have a car for only track)

On top of eveyrhting else, The ECU i sent was sh!+, which lost me about a week and a half of time, meaning i still dont have my Nistune, lost 80$ on an ECU, and i have parts coming, and with out ECU im completely SOL...
