I just gave out my first altima coupe card! yay! thanks again Brian for the cards!

The thing is, I saw the guy get in the car and he didn't notice the cards on his wiper and drove away. I hope it doesn't fly away or gets lost

I gave out my first card like a week ago myself. Guy had a Radiant Silver 2.5S sitting right in front of my house, so I start writing out my Forum Name on the back of the card and going to stick it on his windshield when I see a guy walking up to the car. I give him a little sales pitch, tell him about the forums. He didn't seem very interested... his first thing was "I lease"... I told him that's fine, you'll still find all the maintenance issues out for the car on our website, which I told him there are already a few, and if he wanted to know about anything else like wheels or tints or something else that wouldn't void his warranty, you could get all that there. I doubt he'll show up, he was an older guy, didn't seem interested at all...

I shall keep trying. We need to buy super-magnetic cards so we can throw them at Altimas while we drive, cuz that's when I see the most coupes. (Yes, this is sarcasm).

Try putting the cards on the drivers side window, between the glass and weather stripping. It's easily seen, and more courteous. I get upset anytime someone puts stuff under my wipers. It can wrinkle the blade and give me streaks.

I actually like this even less... I once (not on my A/C) got in my car and rolled down my windows not noticing a advertisement in my windshield and it went down into my door panel.

Suffice to say, I was pissed at the fact, yea... I shoulda noticed it, but it was hot out and I wanted to get my windows open asap to let the air out and only noticed it as it was being sucked inside my door!

I didn't sleep well that night thinking there was going to be a flyer inside my door jiggling around while I was driving...

thats what i did....right above the door handle so they have a better chance of seeing it...although if people take advantage of being able to roll down the windows with the fob, it may not work out too well.....oh well

i gave out my first card a few weeks ago....it was a hybrid. me and my friend that have an Altima were parked in a parking lot next to each other and standing and talking by our cars....he drove by and gave us the head nod and parked right next to us, got out and didnt say a word, so i put a card on his car....he was young kid, so i figured there was a chance that he would visit the forum.

dont hate me because i gave a card to a hybrid!!

I would recommend putting it in the door handle instead of the window. Just pull the door handle out a little bit and put it in. The door handle is strong enough to hold a business card and you dont risk it falling down in someones window. Plus when they open there door, they will haft to touch it

nice idea... I think I'll start doing this.
